As I embarked on my study of Nutrition, I was overcome by all the information that I had to remember. I started making notes of what I thought was important about each vitamin as I learned about it. I decided that others might benifit by these notes. I am no expert. I just catagorized some things that I read based on questions that I was being asked, and the information that was available. I hope you can put this to good use. I plan to expand next into amino acids, and then to where ever my studies take me next.
